Etching linen wall hanging

17th century vintage Flemish landscape etching printed on oatmeal slubby linen. Tasmanian oak rod to top with beeswax finish and tea-dyed-sisal rope hanger.

Printed in Melbourne, made in Newcastle Australia in my teeny tiny garden studio.

Measurements -

overall: 975mm wide x 1150mm long (including hanger)

fabric component: 975mm wide x 650mm long (excluding hanger)

Fabric -

Oatmeal linen (slubby and rustic for the texture lovers)

Care instructions -

100% linen. Dry cleanable. Non-machine washable. Gentle Handwash using phosphate-free detergent. Do not wring or rub. Do not tumble dry. Carefully hang to dry in shade without pegs. Warm iron on wrong side, before rehanging on hanger.

Due to the nature of natural and organic fabrics there are small fibres and slubs in the fabric that can lift the print in tiny spots with washing and general wear. Please follow washing instructions to minimize this effect. Do not rub or ring fabric.
