A combination of machine and hand sewing with no glue or adhesives (which break down and discolour fabrics over time.) This lightshade is as beautiful when switched off as it is when switched on and the inside of the shade is meticulously designed and sewn so that no ‘mess’ is visible.
Note - This is the light shade only. It is designed to be used with our hardwired or plug-in light fixtures.
Printed in Melbourne, made in Newcastle Australia in my teeny tiny garden studio.

Beautiful tapestry. I'm waiting on our house to be finished, so I haven't been able to hang it up yet. Hopefully can submit a photo when that's done. It's beautiful and the customer service was excellent. She actually sent rods for free because of a mix up of in the description. Really above and beyond customer service. The quality seems to be great and it shipped in a timely manner (even earlier than expected), with no issues. Well packaged. Would definitely recommend this seller if you want a unique and beautiful tapestry.
